As Christians, we receive a beautiful invitation to walk in the power of the promised Holy Spirit every day. 2 Peter 1:4 reminds us of God’s desire for us to “participate in His divine nature,” offering us a transformative relationship with Him. In this breakout session, we’ll explore the mystery of the Holy Spirit and unpack how to embrace His gifts, power, and presence in our daily lives. Each woman will leave with a deeper understanding of the Holy Spirit and practical insights on how to live fully in His power.
When our expectations don’t align with the Lord’s, we can feel disappointed, disillusioned, and even doubtful of His love for us. We miss out on embracing the “now” because we’re distracted by “if onlys.” In this workshop, we’ll explore ways to minimize disappointment and discover practical steps to help us return to peace and faith. Join us as we learn how to turn our expectations into bridges that lead us closer to God’s purpose for our lives.
We are called to be ambassadors for Christ—His representatives and messengers—shining as a light on a hill and ready to give an answer when asked. But what does that look like in daily life?
As a former U.S. diplomat and military spouse, Kathryn understands the challenges, joys, and responsibilities of being a representative—both officially and as a follower of Christ. With firsthand experience navigating interactions across cultures and beliefs, she offers valuable insights into what it means to reflect Christ in diverse settings.
Guided by Scripture, we’ll explore how to live as ambassadors for Christ, engage in meaningful conversations, and embrace this calling with confidence and faith.
Join Sharon Sunkle, author of 99 Thoughtful Reflections on Life and I Will Mentor You, as she shares insights into the successes and challenges of marriage. She will explore eight invaluable virtues for a thriving marriage, including faith, love and respect, forgiveness, humor, and sex. Sharon will also discuss common “love busters” that can hinder a healthy relationship. Gain practical tools and fresh perspectives to strengthen and enhance your marriage, helping it not just to survive—but to thrive.
Tired of letting your emotions run the show, leaving you overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward? Whether you bottle up feelings, react in ways you regret, or struggle to align your emotions with your faith, this session offers a practical, Bible-based approach to managing emotions with clarity and confidence.
Join ICF-Certified Coach, award-winning podcaster, and author Alicia Michelle as she introduces her A.D.D. Method (Acknowledge, Discern, Decide)—a simple, science-and-scripture-based framework for processing emotions that she’s taught to tens of thousands. Through engaging discussions, real-life examples, and actionable tools, you’ll gain a proven 3-step framework for managing emotions and a renewed understanding of how to handle feelings with grace, wisdom, and peace.
In a world of constant demands and busyness, weariness can become a lifestyle rather than a season. Pursuing Jesus may start to feel more like a chore than a delight—more like a checklist than a relationship. This session offers a chance to pause and breathe. We’ll discuss how to reconnect with God in ways that restore rather than drain us, embracing spiritual practices that lead to true rest. Through honest conversations, exploring God’s Word, and engaging in simple practices, we’ll learn how to slow down, find peace, and nourish our souls—no matter how hectic life gets. Whether you’re feeling burned out or simply need a refresh, this time will help you rediscover the joy of walking with Jesus and the freedom of grace-filled living.
Often, we forget that God is ultimately in control of our life’s narrative. Whether we realize it or not, our Father is constantly working things out for our good, ensuring that His will is fulfilled in our lives. As children of God, when we surrender our lives to Christ, we embark on a journey of transformation—a pearl creation process. With each moment and experience, God crafts pearls that reflect His grace and purpose. Over time, our lives become a testament to the beauty He creates through every trial and triumph.
Join us for this class as we explore how to embrace God’s sovereignty, surrender fully to His plan, and recognize the pearls He is creating in our lives. Together, let’s discover the beauty of trusting Him through every step of our journey.
Effective communication in marriage goes beyond words—it includes emotional, physical, and non-verbal interactions. Building a healthy and fulfilling relationship requires a deep understanding and appreciation of your spouse’s mind, body, and soul. Often, individuals communicate in ways that feel comfortable to them, which can unintentionally overlook essential aspects of intimacy. Navigating sexual communication can be complex, and if not approached thoughtfully, it may lead to feelings of disconnection or rejection.
This breakout session will explore the dynamics of sexual communication, the impact of intimacy rejection, and practical strategies for rekindling emotional and physical closeness. Participants will gain valuable insights and tools to foster a deeper connection with their spouses, enhancing overall marital satisfaction.
